A weekly reset is a short, regular check-in with yourself. It is one optional idea. If it does not suit you, that is fine.

A simple version

  • Pick a regular slot, such as Sunday afternoon or Monday morning.
  • Look at the week ahead: appointments, deadlines, anything you need to bring.
  • Clear one small area, like your bag or desk.
  • Choose up to three things that matter most this week.
  • Put them somewhere you will see them.

Keep it light

  • Set a short time limit and stop when it ends.
  • Missing a week does not undo anything. Just start again next week.
  • Change the routine to fit you.
